Ibá is a one-of-a-kind residential project in São Paulo, conceived by Comporta in partnership with estúdio bg, featuring architecture by Murilo Gabriele, landscape design by Rodrigo Oliveira, and the collaboration of Urbem. The project was born as a joint alternative investment, rooted in the legacy of a family-owned property and open to the participation of other families — expanding its potential and creating value for all involved. More than a real estate development, it features a hybrid structure of concrete and engineered wood, reflecting a balanced lifestyle. This model embodies Comporta’s mission to align wealth growth with personal fulfillment, creating opportunities that go beyond financial returns.
